Dorsum in the day, Play Store app reviews showed the reviewer'south name as "A Google user." And so, subsequently...some result in Android/Google history, reviews were shown with the author's [presumably] real name. Fast forrard to today: there are many brand new, electric current reviews whose authors are shown as "A Google user." Others are shown with names like "I Only Made This Upwardly"--in other words, clearly faux.
How can you post a review and have it prove "A Google user" instead of your real name?
Of course, some obvious answers are make a faux account, or don't make an account, or...some other thing that doesn't brand sense. For instance, if yous create a fake account, non just would information technology show your fake 'real' proper name, equally opposed to "A Google user," but you couldn't review any of the apps you lot installed under your real business relationship.
I *Desire* to post anonymously, i.due east., equally "A Google user," or with a nom de feather like on Amazon's reviews. But subsequently searching every setting I can find, I'm coming up blank. How is information technology done?
